Between External Attribution and Self-Positioning: Differentiated Perspectives on a Diverse Region<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\nFrom a German and European perspective, Central Asia often appears as one vast geographic space. Rarely, however, do we consider the very different peoples, the various political systems, and the rich cultural diversity of the Central Asian states. This diversity will be highlighted through the countries of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan.<\/p>\n
The conference will present their cultures, political and economic situations, and civil society activities. It will raise awareness of the region\u2019s specific geopolitical circumstances and the resulting conflicts, while discussing its importance for strategic, economic, and cultural partnerships with Germany and the EU.<\/p>\n

Partnerschaftsforum Deutschland-Zentralasien vom 25. bis 27. November 2024 in Berlin.<\/strong><\/p>Das Forum richtet sich an Vertreterinnen und Vertreter der Zivilgesellschaft, an Initiativen sowie an Interessierte aus Deutschland und den L\u00e4ndern Zentralasiens. Als Teilnehmende haben Sie Gelegenheit neue Projektpartnerinnen und -partner kennen zu lernen, bestehende Kooperationen zu st\u00e4rken und sich allgemein \u00fcber die deutsch-zentralasiatische zwischengesellschaftliche Arbeit zu informieren. Gern k\u00f6nnen Sie sich auch mit einem Redebeitrag, z. B. zur Vorstellung eines laufenden Projektes oder einer Projektidee, aktiv einbringen. Schwerpunktthemen sind (1) Frauen und Bildung, (2) Umwelt und Gesundheit sowie (3) Kultur und Soziales. Querschnittsthema in allen Bereichen ist der Jugendaustausch.<\/p>
