The Federal Foreign Office aims to make foreign policy more tangible for interested parties outside Berlin by facilitating direct dialogue with diplomats. The aim is to exchange experiences and discuss concerns about foreign policy issues. You can book an event on foreign policy topics that interest you locally on a date that suits you on the Federal Foreign Office’s website under ‘Townhall Meetings – Foreign Policy in Your City‘ (auswaertiges-amt.de). You will not incur any costs on the day, as the Federal Foreign Office will cover the speaker’s travel and accommodation expenses.
